The court granted Halle Berry 3-year restraining order against her stalker who invaded her home 3 times.
The suspect/crazy stalker Richard A. Franco must now stay 100 yards away from the Oscar-winning actress and her daughter Nahla for the next three years.
Franco is still in jail after his July 11 arrest and was charged with a criminal count of stalking and first-degree burglary. Franco has pled not guilty to both charges.
If convicted, Franco is facing three years for stalking plus six years for burglary.
