Oscar winner Sandra Bullock and the "most hated man"/ex-husband Jesse James are now officially divorce!! Putting an exclamation point in their five year marriage.

The couple signed the final divorce documents last week and documents were ordered sealed by Travis County Court in Austin, Tx.

Sandra filed for divorce against her cheating husband back on April 23, citing the marriage "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

The divorce helps clear the way for Sandra in finalizing her adoption to her son Louis as a single mother.

Jesse James feels that he is "the most hated man in the world" after breaking the heart of his wife/"America's sweetheart" Sandra Bullock and he opens up for the first time about his infidelities in an interview with Nightline (scheduled to air Tuesday ABC).

Jesse said, "I took a pretty amazing life and marriage and threw it away."

Sandra Bullock: "The marriage has become insupportable"

On her divorce documents, Sandra Bullock's relationship from her husband Jesse James puts themselves on the opposite side of the marriage and "has become insupportable".

"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage/relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation."

Neither of the two are entitled to spousal support because in Texas law a couple must be married for a minimum of 10 years for a spouse to qualify.

Jesse James: "Sandy is the love of my life" and she "left a huge hole in my heart"

Jesse James released a statement regarding the divorce filed by his soon-to-be ex-wife Sandra Bullock.

"My whole life has been full of hard decisions.

"The decision to let my wife end our marriage, and continue the adoption of Louis on her own, has been the hardest. The love I have for Louis cannot be put to words. Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.

"Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go. Right now it is time for me to beat this addiction that has taken two of the things I love the most in life.

"I have always taken great pride in proving people wrong. That time has come once again to show that I am not what everyone says I am. I know in my heart that I can be the best father possible to my four children, and the mate Sandy deserves, and realize that this is an incredible mountain to climb. But I believe that the steps I have taken in the last 30 days are the foundation for making this happen. The lifelong commitment I am making is what being a real husband and father is all about.

"I ask that you please do not judge Sandy for the things I have done. She has done no wrong. She played no part in any of this. She has been an amazing wife, mother, and best friend, for the over 6 years we have been together."

Sandra Bullock files for divorce; Sandra Bullock Adopts Baby Boy Louis Bardo

No more turning back for Sandra Bullock as she filed for divorce against her cheating husband Jesse James, ending their five year marriage. The 45-year-old Oscar-winning actress also revealed her adopted baby boy named Louis Bardo Bullock.

On her divorce, Sandra told People, “Yes, I have filed for divorce. I’m sad and I am scared.”

Divorce papers was filed last April 23 in Austin, Texas, where she maintains a home. She listed in backwards initials "B.A.S." and James's initials "J.J.G" on the said legal papers.

On her 3½-month-old adopted baby, the ex-couple started the adoption procedure secretly more than four years ago and brought the newborn home last January but the Jesse James’ cheating scandal broke.

Actress Sandra Bullock broke her silence about the latest rumors that she and her cheating husband Jesse James has a sex tape. The America's Sweetheart denies the existence of the said sex tape.

"There is no sex tape," she says in a statement to PEOPLE on Tuesday. "There never has been one and there never will be one."

Sandra is still keeping her silence over her husbands mistresses and affairs.

Ian Harperin reported the sex tape issue and he said, the tape includes "James smearing feces on Bullock’s upper lip during various types of anal sex, lots of profanity hurled from both parties, and a leather clad James, sporting a Hitler moustache with brown hat with a swastika, ramming a handcuffed Bullock’s asshole with a shotgun in his left hand."

Jesse James already left rehab after less than a week after his wife Sandra Bullock refused to answer his calls. His strategy and efforts failed to get the sympathy of his wife.

With his marriage to Sandra Bullock in now on a limbo, Jesse James decided to checked into a treatment facility to deal with his infidelities.

Jesse James' rep tells PEOPLE, "Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues. He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."

James reportedly check into Sierra Tucson rehab facility in Arizona. The facility specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addiction, as well as other disorders.

Sandra Bullock felt "humiliated, devastated and embarrassed" with her husband cheating escapade and now Jesse will do everything to save his marriage.

Jesse James Mistress #4 decide to keep quiet

The fourth alleged mistress of Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has decided to keep her mouth shut about the affair.

Attorney Gloria Allred said, "I can confirm that she has decided not to tell her story. I have no other comment."

Allred described her client as a "beautiful model and business woman" and she has proof of their relationship including "hundreds of texts, emails and photos". She and Jesse only ended the affair after the news of James's cheating scandal with Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee broke out.

It seems a monetary deal has been reached by the two camps.

Another woman is dropping a bomb against Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James. The unidentified woman claimed that she also had an affair with James and she's hiring controversial lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her. The said woman is Jesse James' mistress no.4.

Gloria Allred reveals that her client and James was involved in an "intimate" three-year affair and the alleged relationship only ended after the news of James's cheating scandal with Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee broke out.

"I represent a beautiful model and business woman," Allred tells ET. "[James] pursued her and he had strong feelings for her. She is in the process of trying to decide if she will come forward. She has proof of their relationship including hundreds of texts, emails and photos. The relationship just ended recently after the scandal broke."

It seems Jesse James also got a train of mistresses like Tiger Woods!

A lady photographer named Brigitte Daguerre claims that she had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James. Brigitte was hired by Jesse to do styling work for a West Coast Chopper photo shoot back in 2008.

During the said affair which lasted for a year, Brigitte and James texted each other and they only had sex four times. Brigitte has 195 text messages and some of it are extremely graphic. Some of James' alleged messages are "I'll be your monkey" and "I’m texting you in secret”.

James is still facing problems with his first two mistresses Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and Melissa Smith.
