Uncle Sam's IRS department got some accounting miscue worth $2 million in back taxes and the victim is, the legendary singer Dionne Warwick.
The IRS filed a federal tax lien in 2009 against Dionne -- accusing her of failure to pay taxes worth $2.2 million from the 90s gig.
The IRS gave a simple admission of their mistake with a new documents which officially revoked its claim.
