Robin Gibb of the 'Bee Gees' has passed away after his battle against the Big C on Sunday (May 20). He was 62 years-old.
The legendary musician was diagnosed with colon and liver cancer. Last month, he was hospitalized due to pneumonia.
Issued statement via his website:
"The family of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, announce with great sadness that Robin passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery. The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time."
