Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane aka "McSteamy" and wife Rebecca Gayheart is immediately taking action before it totaly blows out of proportion and threaten to sue anyone who publishes their threesome "private, confidential sex tape".
Former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche, who is the third person in the threesome denies that she is the one who leaked the said sex tape, "I have no idea. I had nothing to do with it."
The couples lawyer Marty Singer said, “From what I’ve seen it’s a naked tape, not a sex tape. At most it’s 3 people maybe wanting to have sex.”
