Sean Penn "Suspicious" of Wyclef Jean's Presidential bid in Haiti; Wyclef Answers to Penn: "I have sweat in my blood."
Actor Sean Penn criticized Wyclef Jean’s intention and decision to run for President of Haiti. Penn is suspicious about the outside corporate forces backing Wyclef's Presidential candidacy.
During the CNN interview, Sean Penn said, “I’m not accusing Wyclef Jean of being an opportunist; I don’t know the man. One of the reasons I don’t know very much about Wyclef Jean is that I haven’t seen or heard anything of him in these last six months that I’ve been in Haiti.”
“This is somebody who’s going to receive an enormous amount of support from the United States, and I have to say I’m very suspicious of it, simply because he, as an ambassador at large, has been virtually silent. For those of us in Haiti, he has been a non-presence."
Wyclef responded to Sean comment's via The Gayle King Show , saying, “He hasn’t seen me for six months - I have been going to Haiti for more than five years. When the hurricane toppled Haiti, I was the first one there...if I did not create Yele Haiti to start stopping the violence, even him coming to Haiti would not have been possible today.”
""My country is not a city of tents, meaning I can't use the excuse of people living in tents to say that I'm going to make Haiti a better place. I would like to tell Sean Penn I do not react on emotions when it comes to the Haitian people. I do not have to sacrifice my life and live inside of the tents to prove I am for the Haitian people."

Sean Penn And Robyn Wright's Divorce Finalized
Actor Sean Penn and Robin Wright's marriage is now officially over as the Marin County Superior Court granted the divorced last July 22, ending their 14-year marriage.
According to People, "The former couple have reached a private agreement on child support, spousal support, split of assets and custody over their son, Hopper Jack".
It has been a bumpy road for the couple's relationship. Wright filed for divorce last August 12, the third attempt to separate or divorce. Sean initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Wright Penn filed her own paperwork but in April 2008, the couple's divorce petition was dismissed at their request.

Sean Penn gets probation and anger management
After being involved in an altercation with paparazzi October last year, actor Sean Penn via his lawyer pleaded no contest with misdemeanor vandalism while his battery charge was dismissed.
Penn will get three years probation, and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service and 36 hours of anger management.
A restitution hearing is scheduled for July 8.
Penn was charged in February with misdemeanor battery and vandalism and he is facing 18 months in jail if convicted.

Sean Penn wishes "rectal cancer" to his critics
Sean Penn is really fed up with the critics and cynics who believes that his recent mission trip to Haiti is just a publicity build up for his image. Sean is now firing back with a wish.

In an interview this weekend on CBS News Sunday Morning, Penn says, "I haven't had an awful lot of time to pay attention to them..Do I hope that those people die screaming of rectal cancer? Yeah. You know, but I'm not going to spend a lot of energy on it."Penn went to Haiti and delivered relief aid, X-ray machines, and ventilators for the earthquake victims.

Robin Wright Penn Files for Divorce again
One more time!!
Robin Wright Penn has decided again that she is better off being single as she filed for divorce from her husband-actor Sean Penn citing once again their "irreconcilable differences".
The legal papers which is filed in Marin County, Calif. on August 12 stated that they have agreed on the shared custody of their minor son and the division of all property.
This is now their third attempt, Sean initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Wright Penn filed her own paperwork but in April 2008, the couple's divorce petition was dismissed at their request.

Liraz Charhi joins "Fair Game" with Sean Penn and Naomi Watts
Israeli actress Liraz Charhi is joining Academy Award winner Sean Penn and Naomi Watts for the upcoming political-war drama "Fair Game".
Directed by Doug Liman, due out 2010.
According to THR, Charhi will play Sawsan, an Iraqi doctor in Cleveland whom Plame sends undercover to Baghdad to gather intelligence on Saddam Hussein's nuclear program in exchange for bringing her brother to the U.S.CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson will be played by Naomi Watts and Sean Penn as her husband, ambassador Joseph Wilson.
The movie centers on how Plame's status was compromised because of a leak from the Bush administration, allegedly in retaliation for a 2003 op-ed piece her husband wrote claiming the administration manipulated intelligence on Iraq.
Directed by Doug Liman, due out 2010.

Sean Penn: "It was an arrogant mistake" filing legal separation case
Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright Penn's irreconcilable differences is reconcilable once again. Sean want to dismiss the legal separation case that he filed last month.
Their relationship is simply a roller coaster ride...

Natalie Portman Denies Sean Penn Romance; story is "fabricated"
Natalie Portman feels that it's time to answer the dating rumors with Sean Penn and she strongly denies that said report.
The lovely "New York, I Love You" actress said via Extra, “Sean Penn is a friend and colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue. I normally do not respond to rumors about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so.”
Sean Penn is in a legal separation proceedings with wife Robin Wright Penn, 13 years in relationship.

Sean Penn Seeks Harvey Milk Day
With the success and recognition of the movie "Milk" which tells the life story of gay rights activist and politician Harvey Milk, Sean Penn with other activists in California aew seeking a day to honor the slain activist.
Harvey Milk Day on May 22 (Milk's birthday), Peen tells the media, "It is important that we remember Harvey Milk for his spirit, his courage and his activism. Harvey taught us the importance of standing up for what you believe in. He showed us the value of never giving up, and he proved that action creates change."
