Kim Kardashian scores "Drop Dead Diva" gig

Kim Kardashian landed an acting gig as signed a multi-episode deal for a role on the fourth season of the Lifetime hit Drop Dead Diva

Kardashian will play the character Nikki, Fred’s (Ben Feldman) new love interest. To make it complicated, she will going into business with his ex, Stacy (April Bowlby).

"I'm ecstatic to welcome Kim to the Diva family," creator and executive producer Josh Berman tells Us Weekly in a statement. "In discussing the role of Nikki with her, I'm blown away by her smarts, sense of humor, and passion. This series is all about reinvention and I'm so excited to see Kim 'reinvented' in the world of Drop Dead Diva."

Meanwhile, Kim has also a big screen acting gig in Tyler Perry‘s upcoming film The Marriage Counselor.
