Looking sexy great in casual ripped jeans, t-shirt and boots is Ashley Tisdale as she was spotted with her new boyfriend Martin Johnson in Studio City, California (January 8).
Dating for a few weeks now, the 26 year-old actress and Martin reportedly celebrated the New Year together.
Last year, Ashley has decided to end her relationship from music video director Scott Speer.
Martin Johnson, who is the frontman for Boys Like Girls, was previously linked to Taylor Swift.
