Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz: Divorce Finalized

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz's legal union is finally over as the court signed the divorce of the couple.


TMZ obtained court documents about the divorce confirmation which was finalized on Nov. 22.

The couple wed back in May of 2008 and it was Ashlee, who filed the divorce citing "irreconcilable differences". Still no details the legal custody agreement for their son Bronx Mowgli Wentz.
