Adam Lambert rocks the stage with the iconic rock band Queen during MTV Europe Music Awards 2011 at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland (November 6).

The American Idol season 8 runner-up considered Queen and its late frontman Freddie Mercury as one of his musical influences. During their performance they featured a medley, including “Show Must Go On,” “We Will Rock You,” and “We Are the Champions.”

Queen was honored with the Global Icon Award.
