Baby Delilah got the best of both worlds for having a famous parents but many are asking what surname she will be using because her parents are legally not a couple?

It seems her parents, Oscar-winning actor Benicio del Toro and Kimberly Stewart, came up to a consensus and favorable approached. ---- Her legal birth name is now Delilah Genoveva Stewart Del Toro.

Yes, you heard it right! The birth certificate was released on Monday and she will be using both famous surname.

It is the couple's first child. Kimberly gave birth last April 21, 2011 in LA. It is Rod Stewart's first grandchild!

A very great start for Delilah. A home run!!!!
