Pete Wentz wants Joint Physical Custody Of Son Bronx

Custody battle is now on!!  Pete Wentz filed papers to a Los Angeles court seeking for joint primary and legal custody of his son in response to his wife Ashlee Simpson's divorce petition.


Pete's response is opposite with Ashlee's intentions of seeking primary physical custody filed last February 9.

Wentz also requests for both parties to pay their own attorney fees.

The couple started dating in 2006 and tied the knot in May of 2008, and welcomed their first child in November of the same year, Bronx Mowgli Wentz (Age 2).
