CCTV cameras are now becoming the third eye or many will say, the new emerging witness who watched our every move. Howie Severino will investigate the pros and cons of having a CCTV camera installed in your home, streets, elevators and work place in the upcoming I-Witness episode "Bantay Sarado".

He will also feature the most compelling surveillance camera footage in recent years and let you decide if a surveillance society is a good thing.
