"Dwarfina" follows the story of a girl who was born with abnormality. She has been cursed by a black dwarfs, causing her to become no higher than eight inches. Her parents accidentally destroyed a mound inhabited by the supernatural creatures. The lovable Dwarfina grows up with the love and support of her family. Also, loving her despite her limitation is Lyndon (Dennis), childhood friend.

Lucille is the envious adopted sister of Yna/Dwarfina (Heart Evangelista). Lucille's jealousy drives her to throw Yna into the river.
