LA court sentenced former Food Network chef Juan Carlos Cruz to nine years behind bars on charges of solicitation to commit murder in Los Angeles on Monday (December 13).
The 48 year-old chef mastermind a murder-for-hire plot instructing two homeless men to “cut a woman’s throat” in which the said target is his wife Jennifer Campbell. The former chef approached homeless men and offered $500.00 to to the nasty job!
Initially Juan Carlos Cruz pleaded not guilty but later on he entered a plea of no contest on October 26 after he was charged with solicitation of murder.
Juan Carlos Cruz must serve half his prison term before he is eligible for parole.
