After serving eight months at Rikers Island jail, rapper Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. aka Lil Wayne will now do three years of unsupervised probation and 360 hours of community service. Adding some icing to the probation, the court ordered that he must avoid alcohol or any controlled substances!
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation and he is also "prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department."
Wayne is required to submit to drug and alcohol testing.
It's what we call Freedom with a Twist! One funny thing is, Lil Wayne must first get parents judge's approval before he can go and hangout with some of his friends with criminal record.
