Singer/songwriter Ben Harper decided to end his marriage from his wife Laura Dern. The 40 year-old singer filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences and he claimed that they have been separated since January 2010.
But the surprising part is that TMZ sources say that "the couple has been living and travelling together throughout the year and claims they were intimate just last week."
Ben is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids but he ask the court to deny his future ex-wife spousal support.
Laura and Ben tied the knot in 2005 and they have two children together.
