Actor Michael Richards aka Cosmo Kramer in the hit series “Seinfeld”, was accused of attacking a photographer Brendon O’Neal in Los Angeles last month (August 25).
According to the court documents filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, Brendon was approached by Michael Richards in a menacing manner and then the actor punched him in the face and knocked him to the ground. Michael “proceeded to kick [O'Neal] numerous times, directing the blows to [O'Neal's] arms, hands, and camera.”
Brendon is suing Richards for an unspecified amount of damages, medical expenses and physiological trauma. Brendon claims he suffered “great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering”.
The lawsuit document didn't stated the reason for the assault.
