Lindsay Lohan checked herself into a rehab facility Wednesday night as her first move to convinced Judge Marsha Revel that Lindsay needed rehabilitation and not behind bars.
The 24 year-old controversial actress entered Pickford Lofts, rehab facility founded by former OJ Simpson's attorney Robert Shapiro after his son died of a drug overdose in 2005.
Robert Shapiro is now representing Lindsay in her legal troubles and he will not challenge the court decision but will try to offer the rehab option.
Lilo must turn herself in Tuesday to begin her jail time. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by 90 days of rehab.
Her mom Dina Lohan, sister and ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson was spotted in the West Hollywood sober house visiting her.
