Lindsay Lohan's new lawyer: Robert Shapiro

Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan got a new defender which will help and represents her in her legal troubles. Lindsay secured the services of O.J. Simpson's former lawyer Robert Shapiro and reportedly he will not challenge the 90-day jail sentence but instead he will appeal to the court with new options which will help her client.

According to TMZ, "Sources say Shapiro, who was part of the team that successfully repped O.J. Simpson, will try to convince Judge Marsha Revel to put Lindsay in a rehab facility and either eliminate or minimize jail."

Lindsay is deeply in need of a new lawyer before she surrender on July 20, 2010 to begin her 90-day jail sentence. Lindsay previous attorney Shawn Chapman Holley decided to quit after she failed to keep Lindsay out of jail while defense lawyer Stuart V. Goldberg failed to reached a deal with Lilo.
