The Aspen court officially charged Charlie Sheen in the Christmas day incident which he allegedly threatened to kill his wife Brooke Mueller.
Sheen was formally charged with felony menacing and two misdemeanors: 3rd degree assault and criminal mischief. The court prevent Sheen from drinking and owning a gun.
Giving Sheen some break, the protective order is now lifted and he can communicate with Brooke.
The next court hearing is scheduled for March 15.
