Gilbert Arenas pleaded guilty; Adidas terminates endorsement deal

Suspended NBA star Gilbert Arenas pleaded guilty to felony charge over gun possession without license. This plea deal will also land him a little jail time not more than six months.
In a statement read by his attorney, Kenneth Wainstein, Arenas "accepted full responsibility for his actions and acknowledged that those actions were wrong and against the law, and has apologized to all who have been affected by his conduct."
Like Tiger Woods who loses major endorsement deal due to scandal, Gilbert Arenas got a foul from sports apparel brand Adidas.

After pleading guilty for felony charge, Adidas immediately dropped him.

A rep from Adidas gave TMZ this statement: "In response to Gilbert Arenas' guilty plea to felony charges, adidas has terminated its agreement with the athlete effective immediately."

NBA Suspension and gun charges was given to Arenas after the gun-toting showdown with fellow teammate Javaris Crittenton inside their locker room on Christmas Eve at the Verizon Center in D.C. It is a dispute over a gambling debt.

Arenas is scheduled to be sentenced March 26.
