Disney Tween Miley Cyrus was granted a temporary restraining order against the creepy 53-year-old stalker Mark McLeod after she was caught at the set of her latest movie, The Last Song.
According to TMZ, the court documents ordered Mark McLeod to "shall not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees."
Mark McLeod told the police he was secretly engaged to the 16-year-old star and receiving "secret messages" from Miley through her Hannah Montana TV show.
