VNo Sex Charges for TV choreographer Alex Da Silva

So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva will be seeing the sunlight of his released after the Los Angeles district attorney's office announces that their is not enough evidence at this time to pursue sexual-assault charges.

More investigation is needed and several new alleged victims have come forward but have yet to be interviewed.

Alex Da Silva was arrested for multiple sexual assaults that happened between May 2003 and March 28, 2009.

$3.8 million bail was set but it is now expected to be released from jail.
