Mischa Barton on BAIL for DUI, Drug Possession and expired license.

Mischa Barton was released after she posted bail at West Hollywood Sheriff’s station.

According to Lieutenant Honings of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s office, the former star of The O.C. “was stopped at 2:46 a.m. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.”

Barton was released after posting $10,000 dollar bond at around 10 a.m. and the investigation is still considered ongoing.
