WWE Faces Serious Drug Allegations, Suspends Wrestlers


The recent deaths of professional wrestlers Chris Benoit and Brian Adams have placed the WWE is in the hot seat. WWE has announced as of last night that 10 of its employees have been suspended without pay for violating its internal drug policy. Wrestlers allegedly received steroids, growth hormone and other prescription drugs in the past two years.
A few of the bigger names involved include:

* Chavo Guerrero: Received somatropin (HGH), nandrolone and anastrozole from April 2005 to May 2006.

* Randy Orton: Received somatropin, nandrolone, and stanozolol from September 2004 to February 2007.

* John Morrison: Was prescribed somatropin, anastrozole, testosterone, stanozolol and chorionic gonadotropin from June 2006 to February 2007.

* Mr. Kennedy: Received anastrozole, somatropin and testosterone from October 2006 to February 2007.

* Umaga: Received somatropin between July and December 2006.

* William Regal: Received stanozolol, somatropin, genotropin, and anastrozole from November 2004 to November 2006.

* Edge: Received somatropin, genotropin (both HGH), and stanozolol from September 2004 and February 2007.

* Adams, who was not under WWE contract, received nandrolone, testosterone and Somatropin in December 2006.

* Benoit received nandrolone and anastrozole in February 2006.
