This is punishment fitting to the crime. The punishment is given to violators violated the noise ordinance in Fort Lupton. Judge Paul Sacco sentenced the noise ordinance violators to one hour of listening to songs by Barry Manilow, Barney and Dolly Parton.
Boomcar offenders have to listen to one hour continuous listening of unpopular or unusual music to them.
During the full hour of punishment, they were not allowed to chew gum, eat, drink, read or even sleep.
Judge Paul Sacco says, "It's a punishment but it doesn't hurt as bad as jail or (paying) a lot of money,"
