Chad Johnson & Evelyn Lozada Divorce Finalized!

The court officially signed the divorce documents of dormer Miami Dolphins player Chad Johnson and reality star Evelyn Lozada!

Lozada cited her marriage was ”irretrievably broken” after the domestic incident last month (August 11). Johnson was charged with a first-degree misdemeanor domestic battery after he  head-butted his now-ex wife during an argument.

"Evelyn and Mr. Johnson were divorced this morning in an uncontested final hearing," Lozada’s lawyer Michael Gilden, tells PEOPLE. "My client is a single woman and looks forward to her future."  

The prenup agreement will be followed according to the court.
