Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are now preparing for baby no. 2!

“Yes, she is pregnant,” a source told Us Weekly about the  Brazilian supermodel. She is reportedly three months along. “They are really happy!”

The upcoming baby will be joining   two-year-old Benjamin  and Tom‘s older son, Jack (Bridget Moynahan).
