Kim Delaney escorted offstage at military event in Philadelphia

Army Wives actress Kim Delaney seems disoriented and not sober during her speech at a military awards ceremony Thursday night (Sept. 22)  in Philadelphia honoring U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates. Event officials decided to removed her off stage after she failed and struggled to deliver her scripted speech.

It seems she have lost her bearings in this event and it is still unclear what caused her behavior.

She has history of substance abuse in the past. Kim previously entered rehab for alcohol addiction.

Witnessing her moment are several top government officials.
