Broadway star Idina Menzel returns to “Glee” to help her daughter Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) to secure a lead spot for the upcoming Tuesday’s episode of the hit dramedy series.

Menzel is reprising her role as Rachel Berry’s mom Shelby Corcoran. Also, the two headlines a duet performance singing "Somewhere" from the West Side Story.

Airing date: September 27, 2011 with episode title "I Am Unicorn".
