Jaime Pressly Arrested for DUI

Former "My Name is Earl" star Jaime Pressly got popped and booked on suspicion of drunk driving in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday night (January 5).

Jaime was pulled over by cops after she committed a traffic violation. A field sobriety test was conducted before she got booked for DUI.

The typical bail is $5,000 but for Jaime's case is was set at $15,000 (amount for blood alcohol level higher than 0.15).
