Avril Lavigne shows off her "Drink Me" necklace while running her fingers through her blonde hair in her cover art for her new single, “What The Hell”.

This new single is from her new album, Goodbye Lullaby, which will available on March 8 of next year.

“What The Hell” will be debuted on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve!
