According to OK!, the 39 year-old Rachel Zoe Project star "never really told anyone close to her that she and her husband Rodger were trying for a baby. she’s telling people that this is something that she and Rodger have wanted for many years and she’s finally at a level of success where she can afford to take some time off.”
After this year’s Academy Awards, Rachel reportedly will take a maternity leave and she will back next fall.
Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Rachel and assistant Brad Goreski have decided to go their separate ways. Brand tells People, “I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I knowBut there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.”
