The four fabulous ladies of Manhattan is back and here's the first movie trailer for the much anticipated movie "Sex and the City 2" starring Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones), Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) and Kristin Davis (Charlotte York).
