At this point AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines is very glad on this court decision. AGB won the first round court battle against ABS-CBN Network.
Today the Quezon City Regional Trial Court(QCRTC)has junk the complaint filed by ABS-CBN Network. The court said it was "prematurely filed".
Last year ABS-CBN channel 2 filed a P63 million civil suit against AGB Nielsen after it continued to release the weekly TV ratings.
