Shia LaBeouf in GQ magazine April 2010 issue

"Wall Street 2" star Shia LaBeouf opens up his thoughts about his relationship with co-star and girlfriend Carey Mulligan, his publicized car crash and stock trading in the April 2010 issue of GQ magazine.

On co-star and girlfriend Carey Mulligan:
"I never really had anything in my life that was off-limits," he says, visibly trying to control his natural inclination to share, to think out loud, to let his voice run free. "But with this, just out of respect, I just don't want to fuck around. She's an unbelievably thought-provoking actress, the most talented actress I've ever met in my life, by leaps and bounds. Neither one of us are fame whores. It works out. It's not like we're the premiere couple; we're not the red-carpet king and queen."

On his widely-publicized car crash: "I'd be watching the news, and they'd play my car crash, and every once in a while Kim Kardashian's sister would jump on TV and preach to me from the red carpet about how to live my fucking life. And I'm so upset, man. I'm so angry. Because this accident was not caused by me. I got hit. I had a green. This fucker ran a red light. And he flipped my truck, and he shoveled it on my hand. And my fingers are in the street… they're off, they're under the truck door, man. This is fake, dude," he says, lifting his newly reconstructed hand. "This is hip bone and the skin that was left over…"

On his newfound hobby, trading: "I trade in my boxers now. I'm up early for the markets. I'm real-time all day long."

Shia LaBeouf has a secret, he is a "werewolf"

Actor Shia LaBeouf has a dark identity that he wants to share. Every time he is under the influence of liquor, he becomes a werewolf. Smoking has similar effect on him. The negative effects are the reason why he decided to quit.
He said via ff-UK, "I had to give up scotch, because it turns me into a werewolf - and cigarettes too. I seem to like to kiss trouble on the forehead and then try to back away. I test my limits quite often. I guess that's what 22-year-olds do. But I'm fallible and human and I'm figuring it out."
In the past, LaBeouf got into trouble in a US museum after he set off smoke alarms when he lit up a cigarette. He is involved in a car accident in which Shia was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI), but was later cleared.

Shia LaBeouf: damage details on his hand injuries

Transformer star Shia LaBeouf shared some scary detail about his hand injuries from his car accident that resulted to permanent damage on part of his hand.

Here's some highlights of his interview with EW:

How is the hand now? "I'm on my third surgery. That's coming up in a week or two [from April 2]. My middle finger is still crooked as a f---ing noodle, so they've gotta straighten it out and put a screw in it."

How much usage will you get back of your left hand? "Probably about 80-something percent. I'll be able to make a fist again. There's a knuckle I'll never be able to move again, but that's probably the only permanent damage, other than the scarring."

How debilitating has it been to have no use of your left hand all these months? "It's hard to do anything. It's hard to button your pants or brush your teeth, let alone jump off a three-story building into a pad. This movie was the most physical thing I've ever had to do, and I had to do it with a broken hand. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. Constantly having to take hits and fall and run through explosions and get hit and beat up all day. Aside from my hand, I also got 25 stitches making this movie, in various parts of my body -- stuff that had nothing to do with my hand."
