Celebrities celebrates after Overturning California's same-sex marriage ban

Celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Kelly Osbourne, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hiton and Sophia Bush expressed excitement as they are all overwhelmed after the court overturned the same-sex marriages ban calling Proposition 8 unconstitutional.

Below are celebrities' message after U.S. District Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker in San Francisco struck down Prop 8:

• Ellen DeGeneres: "Equality won!"

Kelly Osbourne & Luke Worrall Split Up: “Luke Worall makes me sick!

Former Dancing With The Stars alum Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Luke Worrall have reportedly split up after she found out the cheating activities of her boyfriend.

Kelly wrote some nasty messages via Facebook like “Luke Worall makes me sick!!!” but the post were quickly deleted.

Kelly is thanking all people who supports her via twitter, “thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already be done!”

Dancing With The Stars Kelly Osbourne joins PETA for “Save The Seals” campaign against Canada's annual seal massacre.

Kelly said, "I decided to do the baby seal ad for PETA mainly because I feel I have a responsibility to let people know that fur is not for wearing—we're not cavemen anymore. The saddest thing for me is just knowing baby seals, some of which have not even had their first meal, are going to be killed, and most of them are probably still alive when they're skinning them."

Kelly Osbourne returned to rehab

Kelly Osbourne is now on her third strike as she returned to rehab once more.

Her mother Sharon Osbourne confirms it via radaronline that her decided voluntarily to check in one more for rehab.

She said, “Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it. We just pray that everything’s going to be okay."

Kelly previous check ins : 2004, treatment for an addiction to prescription painkillers; 2005, suffering a relapse that need more treatment.

Kelly will stay at rehab for at least the next 30 days and reason on why she is there is still undisclosed.

After her stint in rehab, she will be ready to face the assault charges against her in March.

Kelly Osbourne arrested for slapping incident

Like Mother like daughter. It seems her mother Sharon Osbourne teaches her to be protective to her love ones like she did to "Rock of Love: Charm School" contestant Megan Hauserman.

Kelly Osbourne has been arrested for allegedly slapping a woman who is said to be columnist who called her fiance, Luke Worrall, "stupid".

She is now currently on bail after she was charge with assault incident with columnist Zoe Griffin happened back in August of 2008 at the Punk nightclub.

Griffin wrote in her column that Kelly says, "I have an issue with you." then "That's when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone."

Scheduled hearing will be in March.
