DMX returns to Jail for 90 Days; Newest Mugshot
DMX is once again behind bars to serve 90 days in jail due to probation violation in connection to his reckless driving conviction in 2002.
According to TMZ, DMX surrendered to authorities to served his jail time and his manger said that DMX is "focused" on taking care of all of his past legal issues so he can move on with his life. [Above photo is his newest Mugshot]
It seems DMX is taking care all of his legal troubles and maybe he is expecting new projects after his jail time.
DMX also finished her jail stint in Arizona after he pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals, possession of narcotic drugs, theft and possession of marijuana.

DMX temporarily avoid jail time
For now, rapper DMX will still see the light out of jail after pleading guilty last month to aggravated assault to his jail officer which happened last February.
The Maricopa County Superior Court ordered DMX whose real name is Earl Simmons, 18 months of supervised probation and ordered to pay various fines and fees.

DMX is making trip to jail again
After his released last month for pleading guilty in different crimes, many are betting in how long he stay out of jail?
Having a bad luck again, DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) is making trip to jail again.

According to TMZ, "DMX -- who originally pled not guilty -- copped a plea and pled guilty to attempted aggravated assault (a felony) back on May 22 -- after an incident in which he verbally threatened guards at Tent City back in February."The reading of DMX's sentence in on June 8 at Maricopa County court.

DMX pleaded guilty for three felony charges and one misdemeanor count
Earl Simmons aka DMX covers all his cases by pleading guilty four times in three different cases.
DMX case includes one misdemeanor count of animal cruelty, one felony count of theft, and one count each of felony possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug.
Maricopa County Superior Court gave DMX a minimum 90-day jail sentence and will receive no credit for time served.
DMX cannot own any animals, possess firearms and must attend an animal offender treatment program. If he violates probation, he could be sentenced to more than 10 years in prison.

Due to $5,000 reward, DMX was arrested in Scott Storch's home in Miami
$5,000 reward helps the fast apprehension of the wanted rapper DMX. He was arrested by the FBI at waterfront Palm Island home in Miami beach.
Reportedly, the said home is own by producer Scott Storch. A woman tipped off the whereabouts of DMX after hearing the $5,000 reward on this head.
37 year-old DMX warrant is about his drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges.
Maricopa County Sherriff Joe Arpaio said, "This guy is a major annoyance to the criminal justice system."

DMX is collecting and try to makes record
Michael Phelps is collecting golds, making a Olympic records and makes USA proud. For rapper DMX, he is collecting lawsuit and continues to create more court records.
In addition to an Aug. 19 court date related to his aforementioned pit-bull and drug case, DMX is due in court Aug. 26 to answer to identify-theft charges for allegedly trying to get out of paying a Scottsdale, Ariz., hospital bill by posing as someone else.
Accoring to TMZ, DMX was picked up yesterday in Florida over a bench warrant issued against him in Arizona. Florida's go-to lawyer, Brad Cohen, tried to bail him out today, but couldn't -- because Arizona courts list him as having a no bail hold. X was listed as having $25,000 cash bond, but somehow it's changed.
So now the rapper has to sit in a Florida jail until his October 2 court hearing for a possession charge he has in Miami. Cohen told us he'll have him out before then ... if they can straighten everything out.

DMX Arrested Again, for not being DMX
Earl "DMX" Simmons is tired of being DMX as he was busted again (not for drugs) at a Phoenix mall for giving a false name and Social Security number to a hospital to get out of paying for medical expenses.
DMX used the name "Troy Jones" in Scottsdale's Mayo Clinic in April and he didn't pay $7,500 bill that was charge to him, MyFox Phoenix reports.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said to press, "I don't know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond" he also added "I'm hoping this is the one time he's going to pay the penalty for his offense".
