According to EW, "Aniston is nearing a deal to guest star in an early episode for the second season of Cougar Town".
The two got great chemistry in the sitcom Friends which ended in 2004 and they locked lips on FX dramedy Dirt in 2007.
Cougar Town's season 2 premieres on September 22.

Courteney Cox's "Dirt" third season is being trash
Courteney Cox's "Dirt" is now officially going to the dumpster. The third season is now canceled.
On her interview with TV Guide in a recent charity event she said, “It just got canceled”. Their season 2 was cut short by the WGA strike.
With high hope and being optimistic, "We’re developing all kinds of stuff right now," she said. "We'll producing more stuff together, for sure."
