Avril Lavigne Files for Divorce
After they announced their split up last month, Avril Lavigne formally filed for divorce from future ex-husband Deryck Whibley. Citing the popular reason of "irreconcilable difference".
Avril doesn't want spousal support from Deryck and she also requested not to pay spousal support to future ex-husband.

He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note. Avril Lavigne received Certificate of Honor award from China
Avril Lavigne's Best Damn Tour is not all about entertaining her fans but making an effort to do good by helping others.
Avril was presented with the Certificate of Honor award from the China Association of Social Workers in Beijing for her contribution in helping to raise funds for poor families and kids with disabilities in China especially the victims of the earthquake in Sichuan province.

Avril Lavigne in Maxim Magazine (March 2008)
Avril Lavigne rocks the cover of March 2008 issue of Maxim Magazine. She spread her rockin' sexy curves in this issue.
What can we expect from your upcoming world tour?
I’m so excited because with three records under my belt, I have a lot of singles that people are familiar with. This will be a much bigger production than anything I’ve ever done. The color for this album is pink, so I’ll be playing a pink piano, and there’s a pink drum kit and a bunch of dancers. It’s gonna rock.
For all the guys out there, do you have any advice about women?
YES! Guys can be cheezy and weird. They try to pickup girls in the dumbest way. They'll come over and say some line and try way too hard. My advice would be, Don't, like, try.
In your last interview with Maxim, you were all about clubbing and doing Jäger shots. Is that still a typical night out?
I enjoy partying, sure. But I’m really enjoying wine now. I signed up to be on this wine list where they send you stuff that isn´t sold in stores. I´m a wino now. Last night we drank some Opus One.
