Actress Yvonne Delarosa, who also a writer, is accusing the directors of the movie "Machete" for stealing her ideas.
TMZ reports that Delarosa filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming that Director Ethan Maniquis obtained her "Machete" ideas back in 2005 but they failed to pay her after using it for the film. She received Zero compensation for the movie.
Aside from Maniquis, the accuser is also suing the film's co-director Robert Rodriguez for breach of contract. Yvonne wants unspecified monetary damages.
BTW, last year Rodriguez said that the budget is now already in place for the Machete's upcoming sequel but they are still finishing the script.

Yvonne DeLaRosa is not a waitress. Do your research. She's an actress/writer who has been in tons of TV shows and movies. I'm a big fan. She also is starring in a new series with Esai Morales, called Los Americans. She has played a waitress on TV though, I think.
