IRS problem for Sean Kingston as he is now being pursue with a lien against his property after failing to pay taxes from 2009.
The 22 year-old singer must pay $131,379, according to official documents obtained by Tmz.com.
The action made by the America's Internal Revenue Service is due to Kingston's failure to respond about the required payment.
