Disney star Mitchell Musso, who is a first-time DUI offender, has pled no contest of having a blood alcohol level over 0.08 in her last year's arrest. He will be sentenced to 36 months of probation.
October 16 of last year, the former 'Hannah Montana' star was arrested in Burbank after failing to follow the traffic instructions and cops discovered that he's intoxicated. Mitchel is just 20 years-old so any alcohol is definitely illegal.
Aside from the probation, he will also have to attend an alcohol education class and pay a fine.
Mitchell Musso issued a statement:
"I appreciate the court allowing me to resolve my case in the manner it did today."
"In becoming an adult, I have learned first hand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward. I am especially thankful to my family and fans for their unwavering support and encouragement. I am glad to now put this in the past."
