Demi Moore is reportedly getting needed help as checked into rehab after her hospitalization on January 23 in which she suffered a seizure stemming from substance abuse and exhaustion.
According to E! News, 49-year-old actress went toe Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah
"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," the rehab source said, adding that the 49-year-old actress is being treated for both an eating disorder and addiction issues.
Demi Moore is still facing her recent split from her 33-year-old husband of six years Ashton Kutcher. After this incident, Moore drop out of her cameo as Gloria Steinem in the biopic 'Lovelace'.
