John Travolta got a bittersweet reunion with his stolen hot vintage sports car! The cops recovered his 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL but sorry to say, the car is in very bad condition.
According to reports, authorities arrested two men, members of a sophisticated auto-theft ring. The car was chopped to pieces and the police were only able to recover bits of the interior and certain parts of the exterior.
September of last year, Travolta's 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SL disappeared in Santa Monica while visiting a Jaguar dealership. He left his convertible at a parking spot on Berkeley Street --- after 10 minutes the pricey vintage car is gone!
The car's estimate value is $100,000 --- now, you can only say OUCH!
