"The Descendants" and "The Artist" took top honors in the 2012 Golden Globe Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California (January 15).
Meryl Streep won Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama category for the film The Iron Lady while George Clooney took home Golden Globe Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama category for the film The Descendants.
The Awarding ceremony was hosted by the very funny Ricky Gervais
