Singer Rihanna got some health emergency to handle during her “Loud” tour concert in Lisbon, Portugal (December 17) as she revealed that she ran off stage and throw up!

She tweeted, "yep! i ran off stage to throw up, halfway thru Whats My Name...made it back juuuust in time for RudeBoy".

Rihanna's Portugal gig will be an event to remember to her...
