Nelly sued by American Express

Financial trouble for rapper and actor Nelly as he is now reportedly being sued by American Express for allegedly not paying his credit card bill.

According to TMZ, The credit card company filed the lawsuit in Missouri back in October. He must pay $20,403.64 of credit card bill and also additional extra $3,000 in attorney's fees.

January 9, 2012 is the set court hearing date.
