Justin Bieber’s legal pit bull are now ready get Mariah Yeater and her lawyers even though the alleged baby mama decided to discretely dismiss the paternity lawsuit.

The singer's publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, tells TMZ, "We intend to still hold them accountable."

Mariah Yeater accused the teen superstar as the father of her three month-old baby boy Tristyn in which Justin strongly denies.

It seems Mariah Yeater's lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, decided to back out on the paternity legal battle after Bieber reportedly agreed to take the DNA test challenge.

Justin Bieber wants to protect his image and pursuing a legal lawsuit is the right thing to do.
